ABOUT US

We are experienced and quick to respond. We will be there for you whether it is answering simple questions about apartment living to all the situations that may arise when renting your first place. We are only a phone call away!

Arrow Investments, LLC is owned and operated by Robert and Michele Wick. We are both graduates of Winona State University and have a daughter and a son that graduated from WSU. Both lived in our rental properties during their studies.

We have been in the business of renting our properties since 2003 and strive to provide quality housing that is affordable for the college student. We want you to make your new house feel like your home away from home.

We offer 3, 4 and 5 bedroom options and all our properties are 3 blocks or less from WSU's main campus.

We take pride in our properties and want you to be happy when living in one of our houses. Our goal is to provide the best possible home for our tenants at an affordable price.

If you, or your parents have any questions about our properties, or us as landlords, please don't hesitate to contact us. Also, we would be happy to provide you with references from current and past tenants regarding us as landlords.
